Helping leaders grow with wisdom, lead with heart, and stay grounded in what truly matters.
Helping leaders grow with wisdom, lead with heart, and stay grounded in what truly matters.
Over the years, I’ve seen the kind of leadership that drains people. Leaders who command but never connect. Cultures built on fear, not trust. And in all of it, one thought kept rising up in me: “There has to be a better way to lead than this.”
I found my answer in the most unexpected place: how Jesus led. He met people where they were. He challenged them to grow. He served without needing the spotlight. And He reminded me leadership isn’t about being in charge. It’s about caring for people deeply, making them feel known, and showing them they’re needed.
I didn’t set out to become a coach or mentor. But as I started building teams in my former career, I noticed something:
When people feel ownership, even without the title or paycheck, they rise.
They lead.
They bring others along.
That changed everything. I didn’t want to just manage people, I wanted to empower them. I wanted to be the kind of leader who helped others become everything they were capable of.
So I shifted from leading for myself to developing others and I never looked back.
As an ordained pastor, my faith is the foundation of my leadership. Jesus modeled the kind of wisdom, humility, and strength that the world desperately needs. He challenged me to pray for the leaders I struggled with, and that prayer shifted everything. It gave me empathy, vision, and a new way to see people. That’s what drives my work: helping leaders see differently. Lead differently.
What I Believe
These values shape every coaching conversation, culture audit, training, and retreat I offer. I don’t show up as a guru, I show up as a guide. One who listens deeply, speaks truth in love, and walks beside you as you build what lasts.
I don’t do “perfectly polished.” I do real.
When I speak, I bring the stories, the lessons, and the truths I’ve learned from decades of leading, stumbling, and getting back up again. My goal isn’t just to inspire you in the moment; it’s to leave you with something you can carry into your everyday life and leadership.

What we might work through together:
Some of the best breakthroughs happen when you step out of your routine and into a room with people who get it.
I host retreats, masterminds, and gatherings that are less about hype and more about genuine connection, honest conversations, and walking away with clarity you can actually use.
